Here Comes Mr. Sunshine!

This has been an eventful week. Lots going on. I serve as vice-president of my homeschool support group. We had our big opening meeting this week.  Me and my husband also teach a homeschool physical education class so we’ve been promoting and signing students up all week. Plus my birthday was right smack in the middle of all this.  But this was a great week! I’m looking forward to starting a new blog study next week that should be full of Bible truths.

Today, however, I want to be the light that shines. I hope you’ll join me. I was reminded all week to continue to do good no matter how people treat us. It’s so easy to get down. But the thought of God smiling down on me everytime I show His love, even when I don’t fee like it, makes my heart glad. I want to make my Father in heaven proud of me each day. So let me continue His good work today!

Will you join me? Be a light today. Bless someone. Smile at someone. Buy someone a cup of coffee. Pray for someone. Stop by and tell someone hello. Send someone a card – just because. Get your friend some flowers. Help your neighbor mow their lawn. Tell someone they look nice today. Take your spouse out to dinner. Buy your children a treat. Laugh. Be happy. Then after you bless someone, do it all over again and bless someone else. Stand on the outside and let God’s glory follow you all day long.

Make a difference in the name of Jesus Christ!

Ephesians 2:10 “We are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
